This work honors the Sacred Prostitute’s ancient offering of herself, through which the gifts of the Divine Feminine were conveyed for the wholeness of humanity.

This work was created using commercial cotton fabrics and cotton fabrics from which the dyes were selectively removed. It was embellished with improvisational stitching and electromagnetic tape from a discarded audio cassette.

This work was juried into Sacred Prostitute, a mixed-media exhibit at the Springer-Croke Fine Arts Gallery in San Francisco, California.
