STORMY WEATHER
(13 inches by 17 inches)
This work was created during hurricane season, when attention was riveted on satellite weather patterns.

It was pieced from discharged cotton twill and embellished with improvisational stitching, tulle overlays, handmade polymer clay forms, and couched copper wire.

This work was juried into Form, Not Function: Quilt Art at the Carnegie in Albany, Indiana, and Fabric of Legacies at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, Colorado.
