This work gives visual expression to the Body of Christ, both in the person of Jesus Christ and in his followers, the Church. The five panels in this work progress (left to right) from Incarnation, to Redemption, to Resurrection, to Empowerment, and to Commission.

This work was created using commercial cotton batik fabrics, then embellished with machine stitching and painted accents.
